Our open water swim clinics are tailored to beginning to intermediate open water swimmers and triathletes seeking skill improvement. Our clinics offer informative lectures and in-water drills/group lessons to refine your knowledge and abilities. Gain practical guidance and essential insights for a successful open water swimming in our San Francisco Bay clinics in our home port of Horseshoe Bay in Sausalito, near the Golden Gate Bridge.

Over the 2-1/2 hours, our experienced coaches will teach you the fundamental techniques, safety precautions, and post-swim warm-up necessities that every open water swimmer should know.
The clinic has an informational “on the beach” component as well as a short-yardage, in-water training portion inside the protected waters of Horseshoe Bay.
